Comfortable room and good facilities.
9.0Comfortable room in part of a lovely old farmhouse, easy parking. Good shared full kitchen facilities and lounge, fortunately we were the only ones staying that night so didn't have to share! Owner was very helpful and polite.

8.0Warlands Farm is a good value place to stay. There is a lot of room in shared facilities. Bed was comfortable and the place was clean. The location is quite remote which suited us but it is a bit of a drive to larger shops etc.
It was just an overnight stop on my way back to Scotland

But this is the best we have ever been to .bedroom .was great with own shower ect .full living room that is a shared living room with 65 lcd tv .you have remote control. Big fully fitted kitchen with washer .pluss dishwasher. Microwave. Cooker everything you will ever need pluss dining room very modern. The grounds are great for sitting out side .public bridleway over the road. That take you on an adventure. With dear in the woods. It's very private with parking
− Land lord is is a great man .who is obviously very skilled boulder as this was once a working farm .that's converted to a great place with no expense speard. We will be back wen we go back up nothing
