9.0كل الموظفين لطاف وبيحاولوا يساعدوا في اي حاجة عيب الاكوا فقط انها بسلالم . وميعاد انتهاء الاكوا الساعه 6 بالليل الحفلات مش قوي لكن ممكن تقعدوا على البحر. بالنسبة لنا التجربة كانت جميلة الحمد لله

− Most employee needs more hospitality training and to be nice and welcoming which must fit this 5 stars hotel. 11 years old child charged as full adult.never faced such situation before in a 5 stars resort in Hurghada.

− الغرف قديمه اوي خصوصا في الدور الثاني الملايات والفوط سيئه جدا وغير صالحه للاستخدام الادمي ومش هحط صور لعل وعسي يغيروا من نفسهم الناموس بالليل في الحديقه او البلكونه الاكوا مشتركه مع فندق تاني والبار اللي عليها مش حلو خالص
