− Shared bathrooms (I should’ve read more carefully) and lockdown mechanisms were continually frustrating. I felt like I was paying $300 a night to stay at a student hostel. It was the only time in life I wanted my vacation to be over in advance.
We would happily return and plan to next time we are in Durango.
10.0The hosts treated us like visiting friends. They were very helpful and generous with information about places to go and things to do in Durango and surrounding areas. We stayed 2 nights and the two breakfasts were outstanding. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
A charming stay in a historic building.
9.0Beautiful historic house with beautiful rooms. Lots of cute areas to sit and relax. Nespresso coffee, chocolates, and filtered water included. Excellent breakfast that is included. Lovely hospitality. Walking distance to downtown.
− Shared bathrooms; it wasn’t bad, just something to consider. You’re basically sharing a house with people you don’t know, so, can be a bit awkward for those that want privacy.

10.0Spa-like experience. Beds were so comfortable. Hosts were spectacular. Architecture was beautiful, and the surroundings were so peaceful. I loved the shower and the robes and the thick soft towels. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. Everything was top notch. This property was so unique and special, but was less expensive than the more mainstream places.
