If you want a a hostel like experience at an economic price this is the place for you.
3.0It was cheap.
− We never saw any staff members. The room was dirty, comfort filthy, spider webs in every corner. Advertised as bed and breakfast, that meant you could use the kitchen to make your own food that you brought. No air conditioning in rooms, very hot. The whole house smelled unbearable, a sewer like smell.
Great location, close to downtown restaurants.

− FYI - The inside front door lock is missing a retaining screw so the door handle can fall off.
It was really perfect.
10.0we ate at FiveWindows and it was such a great spot and so great to just walk down the street for it! the Lodi down town is really nice and lots to check out! the neighborhood is adorable & it was wonderful to take walks around for exercise & see the different craftsman/victorian homes :) luvd the big open floor plan of the home & the backyard with string lights was very cool.
− all was very good & loved being able to do a little laundry and store our groceries in the big frig and keep our ice/cold packs frozen for our cooler.
Lovely home and setting would highly recommend.
10.0Exceptional value. The home and room along with the grounds were beautiful. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked last minute and would have stayed longer if the room was available.
