− 1. Check in, Check out process is very poor and slow..clearly they need more staff in Reception. 2. Food from restaurant (Room service) is very bad and needs a lot of improvement. 3. They need more staff in Restaurant during breakfast time . 4. Guest relations team should be improved.

10.0اصطاف الفندق رائع الريسبشن خلال التسكين والإقامة والمغادرة ممتازيين بالخصوص نور / روان / رانا / تقي الهاوس كيبنج رحمة و طارق ممتازين جدا جدا على حمام السباحه في لؤي متعاون جدا على الشهر في محمد مصباح متعاون جدا وكتله من النشاط في كمان على البار على الشاطئ رمضان ولد مؤدب جدا المطعم والبوفيه رائع جدا الشيفات ممتازين بشكل عام احنا ثاني مره لينا في الفندق كنا موجودين من سنه بالظبط تقريبا في نفس التواريخ او قبلها باسبوع والفندق اتحسن كثير جدا جدا شكرا للجميع
− ما فيش حاجه مش عجباني بس الحاجه الوحيده اللي كانت مش حلوه في الشواطئ العامه اللي موجوده يمين وشمال شاطئ الفندق
