Al momento de la salida me cobraron un extra por una toalla manchada con tinte de cabello, sin ninguna explicación previa. Esperaba más claridad y una mejor atención al cliente. Esperienza deludente. Al check-in non mi sono state date informazioni di base (orari della piscina, della colazione, servizi, ecc.). Alla partenza mi hanno fatto pagare un extra per un asciugamano macchiato dal colore dei capelli, senza alcuna spiegazione preventiva. Mi aspettavo più chiarezza e un’attenzione diversa verso il cliente.
