Amazing and spacious

I had a great stay. Amr was a great host annd incredibly friendly, spoke great English, and made the whole check-in process smooth and easy. The place itself was modern, spotless, and had beautiful big windows with views. It’s also conveniently located, not too far from everything. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Every thing was great, except that that nothing was nearby within walking distance like supermarkets and restaurants but delivery services was available like talabat

المكان هادئ ولطيف ونظيف والشقه واسعه والحمامات نظيفه . المطبخ فيه كل شئ والغرف واسعه ونظيفه جيد للعائلات . . لكن يخبرونك بامكانيه السباحه وهذا خطا لان مسبح الكمباود حرفيا ولانقطه ماء فيه الاطفال تستخدمه للدراجات . لايوجد اي شئ في بقاليه الحي . لا انصح بطلب الدليفري من مطعم الموجود هناك فالبيتزا رالطعام حرفيا غير نظيف ومقرف . المكان يبعد اقل شي ٣٥ دقيقه بدون زحام اذا اردت الذهاب لاي مكان متل مول كايروفستفال او اوكتوبر او مدينتي وفي حال الزحام يكون الوقت ضعف . واخيرا انتبه للتنسيق بين اكسبيديا في ساعه الوصول والشقه فقد اضطررنا للبقاء في الشارع من الفجر حتى الساعه ٢ الظهر في يوم جمعه( يعني لاشئ فاتح للبقاء فيه وجميع الفنادق الشك ان بعد ٢ ) مع طفلي الصغير سفر دام ١٣ ساعه بسبب عدم الانتباه ان اكسبيديا لم تنسق الوقت بشكل صحيح .

I liked that it was spacious and clean. What I did not like: 1. The instruction for checking in is lacking. Arriving at the right address, there is no instructions nor any signs on how to enter the property and location of reception or check-in. 2. We were lucky to have a rental car. Otherwise you really need uber or call call a taxi to go around. The property is quite far from everything. A good 25 minutes drive from the attractions. 3. Wi-Fi was only good on the first day. After that, we had no wi-fi for the rest of our stay. 4. This is a first in any of my rentals or stays: I was asked to pay for a soiled face towel. My son made a mistake of placing it on the floor outside the shower.

Great. Hotel.com was very helpful with our check in..bcos the language barrier was a bit of a problem

The hotel itself was great but checking in was terrible due to lack of communication. They dont understand English and i dont understand Arabic. Hotel.com did an excellent job with reaching the hotel and sorting things out for us so we were not stranded for so long
