Personale eccezionale, bella la zona piscina mangiare molto buono, molto bello avere la piscina davanti alla camera

− Non mi è piaciuto avere all inclusive e non trovare niente da mangiare tra un pasto principale all’altro. Si doveva andare in un locale parecchio insignificante dall’ingresso al chiuso per un po di frutta un dolcino o delle noccioline.

Absolute luxury. Staff couldn’t do enough for you so friendly and helpful. Food great and excellent array of choices. We did upgrade our room so had an amazing view of the beach and large apartment. Entertainment team did a good job.

− We went in early March so weather was quite windy most days. It didn’t spoil the day but was very cold at night. Hotel had outside heaters which helped a bit. Location is a bit remote, but enough to do on resort and low cost shuttle bus to nearby port with shops and bars.

Both the resort and the rooms were beautiful and clean. It looked just like the pictures on Booking. The staff was always helpful, they were ready to do everything they could to make you happy. The cleaning staff was the best I have ever seen. The always respected the do not disturb sign, never entered the room without your express permission, they were attentive and only cleaned when you were not in the room. I slept well, the beds were comfortable with long, soft pillows I wish I had at home! The weather was perfect, it was 32 degrees, but felt like 25, warm but with a refresing wind. The sea was warm. It is very shallow near the beach, you have to go really far to be able to swimm. There is a very long wooden pier, at the end of which you kan snorkle. The food was good and varied, buffet style. Only the drinks are brought to you by waiters. There is a main restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and diner and there are à la carte restaurants where you can have dinner, but only if you booked a day in advance. Only 2 dinners in the à la carte restaurants are included in the all inclusive package. There was no moskito problem except when I had diner at the sea food restaurant by the beach. It is not a non smoking hotel, but very few people smoked so I was not bothered.

− Loud music especially in the evening until around 11. Pools could be a bit warmer and the reservation of chairs should be prohibited. Insistent sales people bothering you by the pools or on the beach. Nobody tells you and there is no sign, but you are not allowed to use the bed-like lounging chairs on the beach, I got chased away by a rude individual.

This intimate resort is located by a stunning coral reef in a peaceful spot with no boats or other tourists. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway with diverse cuisine, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, and direct sea access just a few steps from your bungalow, this is the place for you. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a small terrace. Everything is just as described. It is only 25-minute ride from the Marsa Alam airport.

Where to start...Our stay at Casa Blue was fantastic. We wouldn't have wanted to leave! The panoramic suite with jacuzzi is beautiful, and there is cleaning every day. Special praise for Ramadan, who was always very kind and with a smile on his face, preparing artistic surprises for us with the towels! The cuisine is very varied, and excellent. A special mention for the waiter Mohamed from Cairo, who was always very professional and funny! And another special mention for Chef Reda, who delighted us with the cooking show at the Sushi restaurant and was always so thoughtful and helpful, as well as a great cook. Thanks also to the animation team who were always very nice without ever being intrusive. Finally, thanks to Adel at reception and his team who managed our stay with great professionalism!
