10.0Receptionist spoke English. Fresh papaya and good coffee for breakfast on terrace. Stairs and hall lighting — be careful if your eyesight isn’t excellent

2.0The check in staff didn’t make any move to help us. Instead they served someone behind us that spoke Spanish. Even though our name was on the paper. When the manager came down he didn’t help us as well. The manager said his family owned the business and he is a lawyer. From the beginning we experienced RACIAL DISCRIMINATION. They refused to check us in. I’m happy we recieved refund from Expedia and removed ourself from an uncomfortable situation
