2.0We had the worst experience at this hotel. Our room was infested with bed bugs, and both of my daughters were bitten badly during our stay. One of my daughters even developed an allergic reaction that required medical treatment, which cost us additional time and money. The hotel’s handling of the situation was frustrating and unhelpful. We had to move rooms, which caused further stress and inconvenience during our trip. For a hotel that claims to provide comfort and quality, this was completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against staying at this property. No guest should have to go through this experience, especially with children.
