2.0Beautiful location but i feel our check in was the most unwelcoming, unfriendly experience I ever had. We arrived to a self checkin in the middle of a power outage & no running water and received no communication or help from the management When I called the “emergency “phone number there was a curt voicemail saying “to leave a message”The code numbers in the lock boxes were very difficult to read even in daylight. The cost per night was very expensive considering there was no breakfast available even though there were bar and restaurant facilities in the their online advertising. Thankfully, a hotel in the locality kindly provided us with food and shower facilities.

6.0Room was quite basic but comfortable ...BUT...did not have any chair/s to sit on; did not have any refrigerator; the restaurant supposedly operating, was closed all the time; there were no staff on premises and Wotif did not respond to messages. A Zombie establishment in a pretty location.

4.0The remote check in process was easy. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and mildew. The carpet was stained but clean, the bed was worn down. This property could use an update. The restaurant is not managed by the same company and wasn’t open when we were there.
Comfortable stay.
10.0I did not receive my check-in information until a few hours before check-in time and after emailing the hotel. This was quite disconcerting. The fact that it is a self check-in process was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were too soft for my liking. The only toiletries in the bathroom were 6 or 8 small bottles of shampoo and a bottle of hand wash. Some shower gel would have been nice. Overall a good stay. It was lovely lying listening to the water when we opened the windows.
Beautiful spot on the lake
8.0The location was beautiful, and the restaurant associated with the lodging was excellent. We had some problems with the toilet, but the owner called a repair person right away. In the morning, the Internet was down. It happens.

6.0This property was very basic. We didn’t realise it was only air b no breakfast. Until Saturday morning. We wouldn’t have booked it if we had known. Code for doors, code for key.
