9.0Pleasantly surprised by this one. Booked a studio and really enjoyed my stay. Bed was large and comfortable, also spent a lot of time lounging in the chair in the room which I never do. It was really nice to have a kitchen as well. The floor to ceiling windows were really nice. Bathroom was small but clean. Location was really nice, very much in the center of Cork which is a relatively small but vibrant city.
− There is no light/fan control in the bathroom, it's only motion detected. So everytime you use the bathroom it turns on and the fan stays on for a little bit after you leave and it is LOUD. Would've been nice to be able to turn that off. Also the hallways are a little labyrinthian so be prepared to get lost the first time you try and get to your room.

8.0Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen sehr großzügig und die Einrichtung bot uns alles was wir brauchten. Das Zimmer, sowie das Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt und wirkte auch gemütlich. Auf der Etage gab es eine sehr große und gut ausgestattete Küche, die wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Etwa 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß befinden sich Parkhäuser von Q-Park, welche wir mit dem Rabattcode der Einrichtung nutzten. Wir empfehlen für Reisende mit Auto die entsprechende App mit dem Code, da wir dies als sehr bequem und sorglos empfanden. Direkt um die Ecke gab es ein fantastisches Café mit tollem Gebäck und auch sonst befinden sich viele Restaurants, Pubs und Möglichkeiten für Frühstück in der Nähe.
− Der Aufenthaltsbereich bei der Rezeption ist etwas belebter zu bestimmten Zeiten und häufig mit geselligen jungen Menschen besucht (das könnte eventuell ein paar Gäste stören, wir sehen darin das belebte Viertel)
