7.0Stadtnah und mit Parkplatz. Sehr geräumig mit der Möglichkeit dort zu kochen.
− Das Gebäude wirkte unbewohnt. Das der Schlüssel immer im Schlüsselkasten vor der Tür verbleiben musste hat mich beunruhigt. Renovierungsbedarf nach Wasserschaden und nicht zu schließenden Türen. Am frühen Morgen sehr laut durch die Zulieferer im Industriegebiet.
