The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. The facilities were well maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional. I would especially like to thank Ms. Ahad at the reception for her outstanding hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. She made the check-in process smooth, was always willing to help, and ensured that our stay was comfortable. She is a great asset to the hotel.
