The hotel is renting private rooms for individual people and not letting you that the room is not part of the hotel. So your room is not being cleaned by the hotel and if you went down to ask for towels and toilet paper, they will tell you that your room is not part of the hotel’s amenities. That sucks!!! I moved out to another hotel. I spent only one night there and was not refunded over 300.00.

I liked that the manager was always available and very helpful and the hotel is in a good location to the beach, restaurantes and all the stores.

Very nice and helpful

This is an apartment with most of the useful items included, including a jaccuzzi, kitchen and accessiries. But I had to buy a couple of things tha were missing and usually found in an hotel room. The attendant is very accessible, as well as the owner of the unit, based in Colombia, The air Conditioner was not very effective, and it was quite hot at times, but OK. The only complaint I have is that it is just impossible to get a good night of sleep. The area is VERY, VERY noisy at night, with motorcycle noise almost 24/24, people yelling in the street regularly throughout the night, cars with 150 db music going around at 3-4 in the morning, music from the neighbors as if they were alone on earth. In brief, if you want to be able to sleep at least 4 hours/night, try to find another place. Or don't forget ear plugs (heavy duty!).
