9.0Great location ! Very near to the mosque ! I could good to the 5 prayers everyday ! The staff are so friendly ! It was so clean ! And soundproof despite the so busy area !
− The room was small ! Only 3 elevators for 21 floors ! But the waiting time is acceptable !

10.0Le personnel est disponible, toujours agréable. L’hôtel est très bien situé à moins de 10minute à pied de la mosquée Al Haram. Salle de restaurant disponible.
− L’ascenseur est souvent chargé, prévoir de sortir un peu en avance. Pas de porte de douche dans la salle de bain

10.0The bedrooms were nice and big. They have laminate instead of carpets which is very hygienic to clean. The room had a lovely decor.. The staff had given a bowl of fruit when you enter the room, that was a lovely gesture . This hotel gives alot of lovely toiletries, such as a Shower cap, a Shaving kit, slippers and dental kit . Tye bathrooms was nice but when your having a bath the water falls out in the tiles be careful. They need to give a squeezy mop so we can mop after ourselves
− The doors are really heavy to open and the lifts were really really slow to turn up. I had to wait 6 minutes for a lift to arrive it kept passing my floor.
