− Bizarre booking policy. It was impossible to book from hotel/MBonvoy website(as it did not show the full variety of rooms) so I ended up choosing Booking instead. We booked 2 rooms for 6 nights, and got a nice upgrade for the largest room(a king updated to a junior suite) while for the smaller room(a standard with no natural light) there was no upgrade (nor availability to find another solution for the entire 6 nights stay). We ended up having 2 very different rooms that only made us realize more the difference in standard between the 2 categories. Also standard room had bad shower fixture and lots of heavy smell from the kitchen of the hotel’s restaurant upstairs.

10.0The location is excellent, but what I appreciated most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, and you can really tell that they love what they do. Although I don’t know their names, I genuinely hope they always stay happy and keep that wonderful spirit. Their kindness and willingness to help made our stay even more special. It’s because of people like them that this hotel feels so welcoming and makes us want to come back again. Thank you to the lovely team!
