2.0I was not allowed to stay in the hostel because the receptionist/owner said they can’t find my reservation and again they are not using hotels.com. Please i need my refund.

10.0The staff here are very helpful and accomodating. The room is good. The hostel is new, clean and well maintain and the bathroom area is good. The bed is confortable and same with the pillow. They have air-conditioning and the room is clean every day. The lounge area is clean and bueatiful and is nice place to relax and enjoy your stay. The both egyptian staff are really helpful and try to make you stay good. The owner is nice guy as well. Good bunch of people to stay at the hostel with. A great, simple affordable hostle for solo travellers.
