10.0We were upgraded for free, got chocolate and voucher for free coffee in the lobby, along sweet note from the hotel. The room was amazing. We loved the pool and beautiful gardens.

10.0Lovely spot. The nature around, the grass, the Jordan river, were all beautiful. Food was tasty, staff was very attentive and the rooms are great. Also the pool was very nice and even though there were people it didn't feel crowded at all. Very recommended!
