10.0The hotel is great. The room is small, but in great condition. The area around the ND the hotel has no nearby grocery nor restaurant, so you have to have access to delivery application for even small thing you might need

2.0Receptionist was rude as he could be yelling and screaming and advising that if I can go on google reviews and write down 7 sentences and that he doesn’t care about guests refusing to give a receipt BE AWARE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO STAY IN MEDINA there’s bunch of great hotels in the city
