Apartment was good and clean.

− Most of the "electrical blinds" did mot work. They needed new batteries and I was afraid to pull on the string to open them, in case that broke the mechanism. So we ended up staying in a darker home even with all the windows. This should be corrected. The biggest issue is the garage that costed me $5000 in car repairs as rats on B2 chewed up my cars suspecting wires requiring the wires and compressor to be changed. I had to leave my car 8 hours drive away and will need to make a second trip only to pick the car up. Even though the customer service showed a lot of supprt in words, I am really disappointed that they smirked complete responsibility to even bring this up with the garage at Springline. I followed exact instructions provided to park the car where they suggested. Of course they mention that garage is maintained by third party but that does not mean they cannot push a complaint with that garage. Also this 3rd party front is a complete sham. Garage is owned by springline but so is the apartment complex. The whole building is springline. The apartment is owned by springline, maybe under a pseudo another company. Very disappointed.

The room was next to the rail road crossing and trains come through all day and night time.

Location

− They try to charge you for items after you checked out. They charged me extra $50 for a 12 x 12 white face wash cloth that got stained by my wife lipstick!!!! That is why you use the face wash cloth and that’s why it is white so you can bleach wash it. And it does not cost $50 for a 12 x 12 white wash cloth.

Great facilities, full kitchen and filtered water through the fridge. Comfortable bed.

− When I arrived my bed had not been made up, and looked like someone had given up half way through. So I had to do that myself, and unfortunately did not have any pillow cases for a few days. The Caltrain is incredibly loud. I like ambient city sounds like busy roads and trains, but the Caltrain has bells and horns that start at 5am and repeat every 30 minutes until 7, when it is every 15 minutes. The property provides ear plugs, but I can’t overstate just how insanely loud the train is.

Apartment is facing the railroad / Caltrain station which makes it impossible to get any sleep as the it’s so incredibly loud even with the provided earplugs.

- Parking was difficult - I never got to checkin as the door wouldn't open for me. - Lobby bathroom had male pubic hair in the urinal. It was a single, non-gender bathroom. - Front desk was good but couldn't get me access to the room. Whole effort was Byzantine and probably violated several disability laws. Looking into a lawsuit.
