10.0The place was clean and neat, clean towels and bedding and with no clutter. I appreciate the extra towels and washer and dryer available in the unit. Would recommend!

6.0I never got my deposit back and it was cleaner than when we got there. There was dirty pots and pans in the oven with bacon grease.

10.0This was a great location and probably the easiest check-in process with an apartment reservation, and I have used different companies throughout the US. The Barsala team was responsive. The Space was welcoming, clean, and spacious.

6.0Noisy dog next door, lots of running/jumping upstairs from building residents. Otherwise comfortable and great location. Not sure why, but snow was not removed from parking spaces or from entry way making parking and steps difficult.
