− There is no daily room service. Light outside the building from the Rosa Parks terminal was lit outside room.

− El estudio queen bed da al interior del edificio y estas muy expuesto a la vista de los vecinos. Si bajas el black out te quedas a oscuras. Deberían poner alguna cortina que deje pasar la luz pero proteja la intimidad.

10.0This place is top notch. Since opening as the new roost in Detroit I have stayed there for every movement festival. The building is gorgeous, and is in a great location for walking to the festival. The rooms are filled to the gills with everything you need. Washer and dryer, knives pots and pans. They even supply with coffee beans and have a coffee grinder for the coffee machine. The beds are super comfy. And most importantly the staff is amazing. Not one year have they given us trouble coming back from the festival after midnight all tipsy with friends and guests we make to reset at the room and go hit the after parties. Easily one of my favorite places to stay lately.
I wish I could have been there longer. The staff makes you feel very welcome and the rooms are fantastic.
