Excellent pub, staff and accommodation
10.0Lovely, peaceful location. Room was large, very clean and comfortable. Staff in the pub were all great, friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful evening meal and an equally amazing cooked breakfast. Super service! Thank you!

10.0A lovely place to stay, spotlessly clean and great service. Great food in the bar and all very reasonably priced. Becky in housekeeping provided excellent service in the rooms. It was an ideal place to stay with easy access to Hay and to the cafe in the airstrip. We will return if we go back that way again.
Mediocre at best
6.0Severe leak outside bathroom under bedroom carpet No breakfast offer. No offer to help carry luggage to room. Staff were on different planet when we arrived. Very noisy upstairs people banging and tramping around. Cold meat platter was nice but expensive. All menu and wine was expensive. Shower was a death trap - no antislip mats or handles in bathroom or thermostat on tap.
