To be honest nothing at all and I can’t understand why there is some many good and misleading positive feedback about this hotel nothing was up to expectations at all..

− The worst hotel experience I have ever had. We stayed at this hotel for two nights (14–15 July 2026) and ended up checking out early because we simply could not bear to stay any longer. I booked two rooms—one for my wife and me, and another for our children. Despite specifically requesting rooms on the same floor when making the reservation, we were placed on the 15th and 26th floors, making it extremely inconvenient for our family. The room and bathroom had a strong sewage smell throughout our entire stay. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable, with what felt like the cheapest mattress possible. The elevator situation was a complete disaster. There are only two elevators serving far too many rooms. Every trip involved waiting 20–30 minutes, and on checkout we spent nearly an hour just waiting for an elevator because they were small, overcrowded, and constantly full. The hotel information in the room stated that the restaurant closes at 11:00 PM. However, when we arrived at 9:45 PM, we were told it was already closed. The service was terrible from check-in to check-out. At checkout, I asked the receptionist if someone could help us with our luggage. She bluntly replied that no one was available. When I asked what we were supposed to do, she simply said, “Carry it yourself,” without any apology or attempt to assist. That level of customer service is completely unacceptable. The TV was locked in Russian/Georgian, and despite requesting assistance, no one ever came to help. There were many other issues that made this one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. We checked out after only two nights and moved to another hotel because we simply could not tolerate staying any longer. I genuinely struggle to find a single positive thing to say about this hotel. In my opinion, many of the positive reviews are misleading and do not reflect the reality we experienced. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
