− Cheap and cheerful but perfect for our one night requirement. No breakfast available the morning of our stay but we were told beforehand. We have stopped for breakfast here in the past and it was superb.

7.0Good sized room. Good water pressure. Comfortable bed.
− Never saw any staff so can't coment on staff. Key left in envelope for arrival and no staff upon leaving at 0940 so key placed in basket where it was collected from. Only one large towel with 2 people staying. Shower cubicle V small. Bathroom room 8 requires some cosmetic finishing ie bare wood in skirting area.
