− Сам по себе объект неплохой , достойный. Но никак не тянет на 5 звезд как и большинство заявленных отелей в Батуми

Понравилось, что номер был чистым, уютным и комфортным. Из окна открывался красивый вид. Персонал на ресепшене был вежливым. Также очень удобно, что рядом с отелем находится круглосуточный магазин, где можно купить практически всё необходимое.

− Из минусов хотелось бы отметить несколько моментов. Я прилетела в 8:00 утра, при этом заселение было только в 15:00. К сожалению, мне отказали даже в возможности доплатить за раннее заселение, хотя в итоге номер предоставили только в 13:00. Пока я ожидала, мне предложили посетить крытый бассейн, однако в это время там проходили занятия по плаванию с детьми, поэтому спокойно отдохнуть не получилось. Записаться на массаж также не удалось, так как свободных мест не было. Позже на ресепшене порекомендовали подняться в ресторан отеля, но на месте выяснилось, что ресторан закрыт на ремонт и откроется только через несколько часов. В итоге меня направили в соседний грузинский ресторан. Кроме того, произошла неприятная ситуация с заселением. По ошибке меня оформили не в тот номер, так как горничная вмешалась в процесс размещения, посчитав, что именно этот номер был подготовлен для меня. В результате в номер, где я уже успела разместиться и легла отдыхать после раннего перелета, зашел другой гость, которого также заселили в этот номер. Ситуация была очень неловкой для всех. После этого, когда я снова легла спать, примерно через полчаса сотрудники снова начали стучать в дверь, чтобы исправить ошибку.
