10.03rd party check in app they use was a problem but otherwise the stay was great. Room was comfortable, clean and well located. I was on the busy street side but windows closed you hear nothing. Host was patient & communicated throughout. I would stay again.

10.0A nice, cozy space. Some deferred maintenance is apparent, but nothing that interferes with use. Don't expect to check in like a hotel, pay attention to the emails and take care of it before you arrive. But with that third-party checkin out of the way, the host is responsive and communicates proactively. The only practical parking is on the street which can be an issue.

6.0Communication was pretty poor, they changed the location I was supposed to stay at when I was arriving to the original place. Other tenants in the building were a bit loud. Unfortunately, wouldn’t recommend.

8.0Quiet, clean and good communication. Kind of a unique setup. Proximity to transit and restaurants was a bit farther than we preferred, but that's on us for not checking ahead of time. Good stay.
