Rude staff every time, every where

− Very rude staff for checking ,no information breakfast service horrible. Room smells bad. Checking out was 11am we stepped out side they locked the room with our luggage inside at 10:30 ,we have to wait long time for some one to open the door. Pool need update dirty.

− Long lines to access front desk staff. Initial room was sketchy, not comfortable, didnt match pictures online and bathroom door didnt close.
