2.0Run down dirty. Walked in took one look and left. Did not stay. Tub looked like it had not been cleaned in years

2.0We got to this property at 12 am after having worked my 13 hours and before that flew in from Florida at 03.45. When we got there the incredibly rude man working there told us he had given away our room to someone else and that the hotel was full!!! Every single hotel / motel in the area was full due to a festival near by. We spent two hours talking to Expedia representative, she couldn’t help us at all. And after all this inconvenience she said we were charged the original amount and they would cover another hotel. But we got nothing for our trouble. We are working on a several claims. The hotel did not admit to having done anything wrong…. NEVER EVER STAY HERE !
