I really enjoyed my stay and I definitely will be back. The lady at front was so nice when I called to confirm our stay

− Room floors where dirty, the trash from the last guest had not been removed, garbage bags outside the rooms had not been picked up, carts of soiled linen lined up in the hallways outside. The lady at the front desk was rude, my card had stopped working shortly after check in and when I called the number at the desk she told me I would have to wait because she just sat down to eat. I had items that needed to be refrigerated and the response well I just left and I’m eating so let me call you back.
