10.0Fantastic hotel with a wonderful staff! Everyone was very kind and I appreciated the free upgrade. The owner was quite friendly and accommodating while the hotel provided a unique charm and lovely atmosphere. I greatly enjoyed my stay here!

10.0I loved my stay at Swarga Heritage Hotel. It is truly an outstanding stay and exactly the kind of experience one would like whilst visiting Kathmandu. The room was beautiful and the bathroom had a powerful shower which was I always appreciate in a hotel. I also had my laundry done whilst at the hotel and used their transfer service. Everything went smoothly and the area around the hotel is perfect for travellers. I am muslim and I found several halal restaurants nearby (Bismillah restaurant was really good). The communication from the hotel went over and above expectations. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, the breakfast was so good (only small feedback I would give is if they could offer juice instead of just tea and coffee with the breakfast). This is a really good hotel and priced well for tourists. I will be telling all my family and friends to book here when they come to Kathmandu. Thank you to everyone, the staff were amazing!
