8.0I was made to feel welcome and was very well looked after. I follow a gluten free diet which can at times be challenging but nothing was too much trouble. I asked for a packed lunch and was only expecting a sandwich but was also given gluten free lentil crisps, homemade victoria sandwich and a drink. Excellent customer service. I left well fed, slept and fully refreshed.
