7.0A small boutique hotel with cozy atmosphere. The owner who is also the manager was nice and helpful. Good location and good breakfast.
− We returned to the hotel at the end of the day and were disappointed to discover that there was no hot water, and the water flow was extremely weak and it was not possible to take a hot shower. The room was not properly insulated and the noise of cars and motorcycles disturbed a good night's sleep. The owner of the hotel, who is also the manager, is not properly prepared to serve the guests, even though she did her best to help and had good intentions. It took a long time for us to arrange payment. Bottom line: We did not find support for the very good reviews we saw on Booking. Facilities must improve.

8.0The decor is lovely and the restaurant food is really delicious.
− We were quite unlucky with our room as we got the only room facing the main street so it was quite loud. Luckily there was a curfew in Quito at the time so it got quiet between 11pm and 5am. The location is a bit rough. We went to buy water around 6pm just down the street and the streets were full of teenagers and young adults smoking, drinking and partying. Always take Uber after dark!
