9.0דירה יפה ומרווחת מאוד בבנין של החברה, חניה מסודרת ומרווחת. מאוד נוחה לשהייה עם משפחה.
− זה נשמע קטנוני, אבל הזיווד סופר מינימליסטי. יש אפליקציה, אבל לא התייחסו לקריאה שפתחנו. אינטרנט חלש ולא יציב.

10.0Нас встретили, очень чистые комнаты. Полностью оборудованая кухня, есть стиральная машина. Есть стоянки для авто. 3 минуты ходьбы до супермаркета.
− Я бы поставил кондиционеры учитывая теперяшнюю жару в европе. Но нам дали в каждую комнату по вентилятору. Отсутствие кондиционера это единственный минус.
