not happy coz i was subjected to bath cold water hotel without hot water i even called maintenance s
6.0the fee was 388 dollar but i was charged 406 i expected a refund the hotel said this was to be taken care by you since i booked online
− to lose my taxi money and i was over charged also water was cold so i didn't enjoy bathing

− Unacceptable that an hotel of this category most times doesn't have hot water for shower. Had to take a few cold showers.
