9.0It's very convenient as it's close to the airport. The rooms are comfortable. The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. The breakfast has a wide variety of options.

Disappointed
5.0The food was good, and the staff were generally pleasant. However, we were disappointed by the lack of flexibility during an emergency. We requested to cancel one night and receive a refund, but this was declined. Since a refund was not possible, we asked if the hotel could assist us with transport to the train station, but this was also declined, and we were asked to pay for the transport ourselves. Despite explaining the urgency of our situation and our need to be in Dar by 10 a.m., we felt our concerns were not understood. Overall, the experience left us disappointed.
