4.0The staff. Especially Claudia
− Room number 1 is literally in the lobby! As a result you hear every move and every voice all night long. This interfered with my sleep and was very upsetting. I asked for another room but was unavailable. I told the staff that they should try spending a night there. It was unbelievably noisy.
