El apartamento está realmente bien reformado. Muy bonito y agradable. Las camas muy cómodas y parecía todo nuevo. El baño con ducha perfecto. Supermercado al lado y aparcamiento aunque no gratis tb muy cerca. Está andando a nada del centro. Volveríamos seguro.

− El apartamento está en el subsuelo así que no tiene mucha luz solar.

Great location, very close to the main station (bus, train, tram) and a short walking distance to the city centre. Clean, well equipped, cosy, comfortable, nice apartment.

− Very steep stairs, may be tricky with large pieces of luggage. Low ceiling (loft), bumped my head few times before getting used to it.

Ansprechende, helle und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung nahe dem Zentrum von Bergen. Bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Abschwaschmittel, Tabs für Abwaschmaschine, Handtuch, Haushaltspapier). Unkomplizierter Eincheck und Auscheckprozess. Bad (mit Waschmaschine/Tubmler) und separate Toilette, kleiner Putzraum mit Wäscheständer. Kleiner Balkon mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Kiwi und Rema 1000) ganz nahe, auch die Nähe zu einem grossen Park (Nygardsparken) mit Spielplatz ist toll.

− Das Rollo im grossen Schlafzimmer war kaputt und auch in den kleinen Schlafzimmern konnte man nicht richtig verdunkeln, was bei den langen Nächten im Sommer mühsam ist. Die Tür zum Balkon klemmt, auch die Schubladen der Nachttische. Die Strassen in der Umgebung waren voll Müll. Kein Parkplatz in der Nähe, man muss in ein teures Parking und dann hin und her zu Fuss. Die Bettwäsche ist im Preis inbegriffen, aber man muss sie selbst an- und abziehen.

Nice apartment except for the weird house rules

Ok location, two toilets, our apartment had 3 bedroom and was on the 1st floor , so we had a short flight of stairs to climb, this was pretty good compared to most of others places we stayed where we had to climb quite a lot of stairs Quite spacious They let us check out at 12pm Instruction left by the owner was very precise

− OK kitchen, but there was no microwave and no toaster, we managed by toasting the bread on the pan Weird house rules of putting on the duvet and pillow covers by the guests and again removing them when we are leaving The other problem, I have faced with all the booking.com rentals which I booked in norway is that none of the owners or their representatives are available on site. In case you have a problem, You have to message them every time through the app and there is no guarantee that the person will see the message. we have travelled around the world including recently Iceland and Ireland and everywhere, there was at least the owner or a representative available to help us out, it’s only here in norway that everything was through the messaging app. And this is a bit of bother. i understand that the owner may not be always available at the site, but at least a direct contact number should be made available. We did not have a problem in this property as the instructions provided by the owner was very precise and clear, also they responded quite promptly
