10.0Ikke den mest spennende frokosten, men helt ok
Elegant, great service, excellent food
10.0On our last night in Norway, to be relatively close to the Bergen airport, we stayed in the Fjordslottet. It's beautiful and elegant; the lobby and dining room have seven or eight crystal chandeliers, white tablecloths and antique furniture. Our room was spacious with a balcony and the food is excellent. But the real standout was the help we got from the hostess, Gabriela. She took a walk to show me where the two EV chargers were and explained how to get registered to pay the meter charge (very easy). At many hotels the front desk person knew nothing about EV charging and just shrugged their shoulders at my questions. She came to our room and showed me how to adjust the heat. At breakfast she gave me back an item I had left on the table at dinner. It was the best service I've ever had in a hotel.

8.0Vi hadde 2 fine døgn på hotellet. Rolig sted. Rommet var noe slitt og anbefales at det blir oppgradert. God frokost og hyggelige ansatte.
Gode , men smale senger
6.0Litt smale senger,( 60- 70 Cm??) men meget gode madrasser. Litt trangt med tre på ett rom, men det gikk bra. Uheldige med været, kan farge opplevelsen. Enkel, men god frokost. Gode vafler ! Litt skuffet over middagen som smakte lite. Hyggelig uteområder hvis været hadde vært bra. Koselige gamle stuer.
