Excelente. Localização top e a Equipe mais atenciosa e educada que eu já vi em hotéis.
10.0A experiência foi muito boa. Vale dois destaques: 1- localização; não consigo pensar em uma localização melhor em Quito, perfeito. Perto de tudo, metrô, shopping, restaurantes e parque. 2- equipe; muito educados, atenciosos e prestativos. Nota 10 nesse quesito.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my parents and couldn't have been happier. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered a breathtaking view over Parque La Carolina. We especially appreciated the fresh air filtration system, which made the room feel incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Sharon at the front desk for her warm welcome, professionalism, and kindness throughout our stay. We would also like to recognize Santiago, who helped us with our luggage. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. The entire team made us feel genuinely welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again on our next visit to Quito.
− The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi connection in our room was a bit unstable at times.
