4.0− Prima dell'arrivo ho ricevuto una mail nella quale la struttura mi comunicava i prezzi della spa: Costo per ospiti dell'hotel: 55 € a persona; Costo per clienti esterni: 70 € a persona. Così, un pomeriggio, abbiamo deciso di usufruire del servizio, immaginando di dovere pagare 55 euro a persona. Tuttavia, al momento del pagamento, ci hanno fatto pagare la spa al prezzo di euro 70 a persona. Alla nostra richiesta di chiarimento, ci hanno detto che, poiché avevamo prenotato il soggiorno tramite Booking, venivamo considerati come clienti esterni, in modo che la struttura potesse in parte recuperare la percentuale che deve versare a Booking!! Trovo che sia un modo scorretto di trattare i propri clienti e di interpretare l'iscrizione a Booking, dal momento che noi abbiamo prenotato il soggiorno presso la struttura proprio perchè positivamente recensita su Booking. E invece di essere trattati come ospiti della struttura, siamo stati discriminati. DAVVERO DELUDENTE

9.0Staff was very friendly and the room very comfortable. The breakfast was also really good.
− The ac could be a little stronger. Sometimes, it would take a while for the room to cool down. Other than that, everything was perfect.

− Breakfast is not worth the money. you don't have too many choices to eat. nowhere do they mention that the wellness and spa are charged extra and can only be used with a reservation.
