9.0The hotel has the most amazing location with spectacular views from the restaurant, our room and the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing visit.

8.0Overall a lovely hotel
− At 9.15 the breakfast was basically gone. No yoghurt, no croissants, almost all bread was gone, filter coffee was gone. Staff told us they’d refill it, but they didn’t managed to before breakfast ended at 10.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bergamo!
10.0I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. The location was excellent—close to everything while still being peaceful and convenient. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

7.0Beautiful building, staff were very welcoming and even showed you the best way to your room. Checkin was easy and rooms were made up each day. About a 30 minute walk with funicular to the old town.
− Room had a strange smell the whole time we were there. Floor in room could have been cleaner.

8.0Location is great in the city center and quiet. Nice to have a parking lot in the city center. Breakfast area in the cloister courtyard is fantastic.
− We could expect a better food quality at the breakfast, only industrial products …
