2.0Sin duda, Hedi, el recepcionista nocturno que realmente nos atendió amablemente y nos ayudó en nuestras necesidades. Y por supuesto la localización.
− El alojamiento está súper descuidado. Pagamos por dos noches en una habitación doble más de 400 euros con los impuestos incluidos, y encontramos una habitación desangelada, con las cortinas descolgadas, sin gel ni champú, el papel higiénico encima de un poyete de la ventana porque el soporte está roto. El desagüe de la ducha roto. La habitación no tiene ni una triste barra con perchas para colgar la ropa. Una de las luces de la cama no funcionaba. La cama: sin sábanas de arriba y el edredón sin funda...Esto dónde se ha visto? O una cosa o la otra , no ? Y por supuesto, falta de limpieza en general, los suelos muy sucios. Para remate, las ventanas no cierran bien por lo que el ruido del jardín/restaurante lo tienes en la habitación. No hay taquillas. Aahhh para Jennifer, cómo recepcionista deberías cuidar la atención al cliente. La amabilidad forma parte de tu trabajo. Es lo que nos diferencia de las máquinas, la calidad humana. Una decepción total. Sobre todo por el precio que cobran por una habitación doble.

7.0概ね良かったです。 寝具も綺麗でしたし、ベッド横のコンセントはとてもありがたかったです。 ドミトリー特有の交流もできたので、泊まる意味はとてもありました。 もちろん、交流せず、自分の時間を過ごすこともできそうなドミトリーでした。
− シャワーの勢いがとても弱く、水からお湯にするとさらに弱くなったこと。 シャンプーを流すだけで10分くらいかかってしまうと思います。 バスタオルや朝食は別料金ということを考えると、人によってはもう少しお金を出して普通のホテルを選ぶという選択もアリかなと思います。

6.0The location was nice for exploring Trastevere as well as for exploring the other Roman sites. However it was far from the train station. The staff were super friendly and kind.
− The beds did not have any privacy curtains and so it was annoying being woken up in the night from people packing or coming in after drinking. The bathroom was disjointed from the room and so you had to walk through the corridor to go to the bathroom. It was quite expensive too.
