− Staff at the desk welcoming people are really not hospitable at all... As a customer I almost felt like my coming wasn't appreciated. So I had more the feeling to be treated like a animal from a livestock than a human being... That's the only reason why I am looking for another place to stay.

− The location wasn’t the best but not the end of the world, very cheap taxis to get around so wasn’t an issue

− Very noisy in room due to construction work happening several rooms below. Blinds are not very good for keeping the room dark.
