− WiFi didn’t work in our room. Food was terrible, rooms in bad state of repair, stagnant water on balcony

− The food service was terrible. I ordered a burger and requested it well done, it was raw in the middle, I complained and they re cooked it with ketchup on it. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and the staff were not overly concerned, even though I needed to work
