Capsule the only good thing
5.0The capsules are nice and even though they are still open with just a curtain, it blocked out light and sound very well and it made for a peaceful and comfortable night.
− Facilities were not looked after. Bathroom facilities were far from the room and almost always flooded. I hated the showers. The set up is terrible with a block of 4 showers facing each other with curtains. Some didn't go hot, others spat out water in all directions and so the surrounding floors flooding due to this and then leaked into the other area of sinks so you had no where private and dry to get changed or ready easily. Noone seemed to be around cleaning this or fixing it. I was there in a cold snap and the property was freezing. The reception was kept nice and warm but there didn't seem to be much of an attempt to warm the rest of the areas. The kitchen was taken over by a lady and her daughter - it seemed they might live there? Maybe staff? But disney channel was always on and loud, food shelves full and no space despite hostal not being full. Was further away from centre as expected. Lockers didn't lock and many just had a hole.

− Я очень разочарована пребыванием в этом хостеле. Уборщица, которая живёт в комнате с гостями, оскорбляла меня Такое поведение абсолютно недопустимо. Надеюсь, руководство примет меры, чтобы гости чувствовали себя в безопасности.

8.0Easy location from bus/train station 20 min walk to town. Very helpful stuff, and great having ammenities like washing machine. Beds were comfy and secure and kitchen well stocked. Staff ensured to keep areas as clean as possible
− Like all hostels the bathrooms can be little challenging. The water pressure was great but drainage in surrounding floor space created pooling which I will admit was kept on top of

8.0Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist einfach unschlagbar. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und während ich da war wurde auch einiges renoviert sodass es in Zukunft wohl noch besser sein wird.
− Die Beleuchtung auf der Toilette könnte wirklich ausbaufähig sein.
