6.0I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, there were several issues that made the experience unpleasant. The most alarming was finding cockroaches in the breakfast area, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. The hotel also had a strong smell of smoke. At night, the smoke smell became overwhelming, making it difficult to breathe and get a good night's sleep. It felt like the ventilation system wasn’t working properly, and there was no effort to address the issue. Fireworks are extremely annoying too. Additionally, basic requests were ignored. I asked for an ironing board and for the stained floors in my room to be cleaned, but neither was provided. The staff seemed indifferent to these simple needs, which only added to the frustration. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor air quality, and unresponsive service made this stay extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
