1.0The bed was fine
− No hot water, People swimming and drinking in the pool hours past the 9pm closure constantly. Buffet breakfast paid for but not given. The acoustics of the building are terrible,every noise and sound can be heard,from the gurgling of the pipes on every floor to someone's TV four doors down. If you choose to stay here make sure you have the grab app as there is no tuktuk,remorque,taxi outside waiting to take you into town. And just the share lack of care some of these issues were raised at the hotel.

Great family stay
9.0Great location near the main sites and very close to nice places to eat. Swimming pool was great for filling off in the mini heat wave. Used the Grab app for Tuk Tuk / taxi. Same as uber. Cashless and seems a lot cheaper than cash / tourist price.
