3.0− I booked accommodation for one night. Upon arriving in Phnom Penh and checking the location on Google Maps, I found the area unsuitable; there were many gangs and homeless people, and I felt unsafe, so I requested a free cancellation. It has been about 27 hours since then, yet there has been no response to my request or contact to me to find a good solution from hotel. Unprofessional and the staff doesn't know at all about the workflow.

5.0J’ai pris cet hôtel car il était à côté de l’hôpital. Quand je suis arrivée le dimanche le personnel était mal aimable, j’ai demandé deux oreillers supplémentaires pour caler mon bras ils ont refusé. Le restaurant est ouvert sur des horaires très réduits et autour il n’y a rien. À 7h le buffet était dévalisé. Seul le jeune du restaurant, dénommé Phearat, a été adorable avec moi et aidant. Cela fait plus de deux mois que je voyage a travers l’asie c’est la première fois que j’ai eu un tel accueil. Je dois revenir à l’hôpital je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel. Sinon l’hôtel et les chambres sont propres.
